Take NYS Thruway (I-90) to exit 41 (Waterloo). Proceed south on Rt 414 about 5 miles to Waterloo. At first traffic light, turn right onto North Road. Proceed about 1.5 miles to the junction of Rt 96 (Virginia Street). Turn left. The bed and breakfast is located 0.4 miles on left side.
